There are no questions about the product, the second parcel was delivered without any problems, but I never received the first one, it was given to someone or the STT employees simply took it for themselves, the technical support sent a photo proof of the signed declaration, but the signature is not mine at all, and they claim that it is mine. I sent photo proof of passport with signature but they don't care. The application at the post office was accepted, but the result says that you have already received the parcel. If there is an alternative option for ordering, it is better to order elsewhere, because no one will return 143 euros to me
